The phrase "true north" is defined as "direction independent of the arrows of a compass, which can become unreliable for many reasons. True north does not change and cannot be altered." What a beautiful metaphor for Jesus: "the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). No matter what has happened in your life His truth remains the same. I am trained in Adlerian psychotherapy and graduated with my Master's degree from Adler Graduate School. I am certified in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) Level 1 which is non-pathologizing and gentle while promoting holistic healing and self-compassion.
