What's in a name?

The phrase "true north" is defined as "direction independent of the arrows of a compass, which can become unreliable for many reasons. True north does not change and cannot be altered." What a beautiful metaphor for Jesus: "the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). No matter what has happened in your life His truth remains the same. I have been in the field of psychology since 2009, starting out focusing on marine mammals (specifically dolphins). Since 2018 I have switched my focus to marriage and family and received my Master's from Adler Graduate School in 2020. My heart's passion is to see people experience freedom and joy when they apply therapeutic truths to their lives and am honored to partner with my clients as they do so. I am currently completing my post-graduate requirements as a marriage and family therapist and am receiving regular supervision. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about my training or experience.
